1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the Indigo Car Care Club website (indigocarcare.com) and govern all services we provide. By using our website, making a booking, or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services
Indigo Car Care Club is a mobile car detailing service. We come to you — there is no need to bring your vehicle to a workshop.
- We bring our own water supply and power equipment. You do not need to provide either.
- Our service areas include Kisumu (Riat Hills, Milimani, Kanyakwar and surrounding areas) and Nairobi (Karen, Runda, Lavington, Westlands and surrounding areas). If you are outside these areas, please contact us before booking to confirm we can reach you.
- For specialist services such as Pro Machine Buffing (paint correction), the final price is determined after an on-site inspection of your vehicle's paint condition. We will confirm the price with you before any work begins — you are under no obligation to proceed if the quote differs from your expectation.
- Premium Graphene Ceramic Coating requires 24–48 hours cure time after application. The vehicle must not be driven or exposed to water during the curing period. We will advise you of all requirements before your appointment.
- All services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in bookings.
3. Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit of KES 2,500 is required to confirm every booking. Your slot is not reserved until the deposit is received.
- The deposit is deducted from your total service cost. You pay only the remaining balance on the day of service, after the work is complete.
- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a WhatsApp confirmation message from Indigo Car Care Club after your deposit is received.
- We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm. Bookings outside these hours are not accepted.
- Sunday bookings are accepted subject to availability and must be confirmed via WhatsApp before the deposit is processed. We will contact you within 24 hours of a Sunday booking request. If we cannot accommodate your date, no charge will be made.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. In such cases, any deposit already received will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the booking: You are entitled to a full deposit refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via M-Pesa to the number used for payment.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the booking: The deposit is forfeited in full. No refund will be issued. This policy exists to protect our team's time, travel costs, and pre-service preparation. We thank you for understanding.
- No-shows: If you are not present at the agreed location at the agreed time without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited in full.
- Rescheduling by Indigo Car Care Club: We reserve the right to reschedule a booking in the event of equipment failure, adverse weather, road conditions, or other operational circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, your deposit is fully protected and transferred to a new date of your choosing. You may also request a full refund if rescheduling is not convenient for you.
- Refunds are processed via M-Pesa to the number used for the original payment. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts.
5. Payments
- Deposits are accepted via Paystack (card and M-Pesa online), or M-Pesa Paybill 516600, Account 929787.
- The balance (total service cost minus deposit) is payable on completion of the service, before our team departs your location.
- We accept payment at point of service via M-Pesa, cash, or Paystack. We do not offer credit or deferred payment under any circumstances.
- All prices are quoted and charged in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking applies to that booking and will not change retroactively.
6. Our Liability
- Our team handles all vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism. We take pride in our zero-scratch record.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage that is not documented before work begins. Before starting any service, our team will note visible scratches, dents, stains, or other damage on the vehicle. You will be asked to acknowledge this record before we proceed.
- In the unlikely event that damage is caused by our team during the service, we will assess the situation in good faith and work directly with you to reach a fair resolution. This may include repair, reimbursement, or a service credit, at our discretion.
- We are not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables left in the vehicle during the service. Please remove personal items before our team arrives.
- Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
7. Privacy
- The personal information you provide when booking (name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and location) is used solely to fulfil and confirm your booking. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
- Our team may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle during and after the service. These may be used on our social media channels and marketing materials. If you do not want your vehicle photographed, please notify us in writing (WhatsApp is fine) before the service begins, and we will respect your preference.
- Payment data (card details, M-Pesa PIN) is processed securely by our payment providers (Paystack and Safaricom). Indigo Car Care Club never stores or has access to your payment credentials.
